I knew Eileen from back in the 70's when were all kids in L.A. We would hang out at the Pizza Hut on Beverly Blvd (now gone). She was very sweet and unassuming and rarely talked about her acting. She was just a regular kids like the rest of us. We got to see her on Gunsmoke and the Waltons and we were just amazed at her talent and yet how sweet and normal she was when we hung out. I drifted away from the area and lost touch with everyone. Just last week after 37 years I found out she had passed away. I really felt a lot of grief. May God rest her soul. -Louie Ortega
