Dave Madden
Actor -- via USA Today. Best known as the slimy manager Reuben Kincaid on TV's "The Patridge Family" -- however, he was a prominent part of "Laugh-In" before that. I am ashamed to say that I even remember him in the short-lived 1965 sitcom "Camp Runamuck."
Russell Johnson
Actor -- via TMZ. He will be remembered as the beloved Professor on TV's "Gilligan's Island." He worked extensively in television, and in classic B movies in the '50s and '60s.

Advertising copywriter -- via the New York Times. One of the best -- she did both the "You don't have to be Jewish to love Levy's real Jewish rye" and "candy-coated popcorn, peanuts, and a prize" for Crackerjack.
