Comics artist, writer, and publisher -- via Comics Beat. A major part of the independent scene, he made "Bijou Funnies" and"Nard 'n' Pat," wrote for "Mad," drew for Wacky Packages and Garbage Pail Kids trading cards. Ever wonder who wrote the jokes for Bazooka Joe? Jay did, from 1967 to 1990.
