Maureen O'Hara

Divine Hollywood Golden Era actress who was also quite beautiful -- via the New York Times. An intelligent, feisty performer. A muse of John Ford's, for whom she did her best work. My three favorite Ford/O'Hara's -- "How Green Was My Valley," "Rio Grande" and "the Quiet Man." Great performances in other classics such as "Miracle on 34th Street" and "The Black Swan." My oldest child is named after her character in "Rio Grande." 'Nuff said.
