Crow historian and writer; the last War Chief of the Great Plains Native American tribes -- via the Billings Gazette. AKA Joseph Medicine Crow-High Bird, CrowJoe. He counted coup on a German soldier in World War II, and completed three other tasks which made him a war chief the last to date of his tribe and of the tribes of North America.
