Dan Jenkins
Sportswriting great and comic novelist. His 1972 novel about professional football, 'Semi-Tough,' is extremely politically incorrect -- and one of the few books to make me laugh so hard that I just about passed out. A wonderful wordsmith! Via the New York Times.
