Former child actor ('The Fly,' 'Houseboat,' 'Please Don't Eat the Daisies') -- via sitcomsonline. AKA Charles Saperstein. Kudos to Eve Golden for picking this up -- Herbert was a poster boy for the damage that comes to child actors who aren't prepared for real life. It took him 40 years after his career ended to get sober and get his life back tn track, but he did it.
