Johnny Barnes
Nice guy -- via the Royal Gazette. AKA Mr. Happy, John James Randolph Adolphus Mills. He was an electrician, then a bus driver. One day, in 1986, he tarted standing at a prominent roundabout in Bermuda. He blew kisses, and called out, "I love you, God loves you." He did this every weekday morning for decades. He didn't seek fame or money, he just was "motivated to share God's love with everyone." What a nice guy!
