Don Hunstein

Photography great; the 'last of the label photographers' -- via Slipped Disc. He took the iconic cover photo for The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan in 1963. He was the chief staff photographer for Columbia Records for 30 years; he shot almost every significant musical artist of the time -- Monk, Miles, Stravinsky, Gould, and on and on. As an avid listener to pop and classical grwoing up, the cover photos were part of the appeal, and Hunstein was a master.
