Roger Manderscheid
Luxemborgian author -- via Nomadics. Pretty unknown due to his writing in Letzebuergesch, but a translated poem on the referenced page is pretty good!
Thank You so much, Roger Manderscheid never cared about being read by one, two or none, he had to write and he had to do it in Luxembourgish, and sometimes, once it was done he took the pain to translate, most often in German. he uses that very plain language we have and makes it resonate and it sounds like vuvuzela, strong, unexpected, wake up it says, let's have a beer! Adios, caro amigo! Michèle Pranchère
