Howard Koslow
Artist and illustrator; best known for his 40 years of work on stamps -- via the New York Times. It is tremendously difficult to create good art on a surface less than an inch on a side, but Koslow's full-bodied, brightly colored illustrations leapt off the corner of the envelope.
