Tulsi Ramsay
Director -- via India TV News. One of the famous film-making Ramsay clan, he specialized in horror, working in tandem with his brother Shyam. The Ramsays, father and seven sons, were close to going out of business when they tried the horror genre with Do Gaz Zameen Ke Neeche (1972), which proved success. They went on to make more than 30 ultra-low-budget, cheesy fright flicks that attracted a dedicated cadre of fans.
