LaNoel M. Custer
Broadcaster, writer,and producer; host of the popular "Noell and Andy" local morning TV show from 1968 to 1982. She went to Denver's East High School; she got started in children's television as assistant to long-time kids' show hosts Fred and Faye. We watched her show every morning; her puppet assistant would draw the weather forecast for us! Via Ken Custer.
Because of Noel Custer, I learned how to draw. She was my first art teacher. I went to design school and am an illustrator because of her sharing her gift. I love drawing because of her. I always wanted to thank her, but waited too late. I watched her every morning.
I watcher her growing up, she was great we will never see her like again.
